Posted on Sep-23-2016 at 00:00:00

Happy Friday! If you stepped outside this morning, you likely felt the cooler temps and much lower humidity. Some locations on the outskirts of the Valley dropped into the 50s this morning, while downtown Phoenix recorded a low of 71 degrees.

Expect clouds around the area this morning, with partial clearing this afternoon. High temperatures across the Valley will be in the mid to upper 80s. Expect similar conditions for the first part of the weekend, with highs remaining in the 80s on Saturday.

For Sunday into the first part of the week, temperatures will warm into the low to middle 90s; however, a chance of rain moves back into the forecast Monday and Tuesday. Moisture from the south along with a low pressure system will move through the region resulting in a slight chance of rain. Chances in the Valley Monday and Tuesday will be in the 10-20 percent range and in the 30-40 percent range in northern and eastern Arizona.

Right now, enjoy the cool fall mornings!
