The storm that moved through the state on December 30th and 31st brought the high country of Arizona more snowfall and as of 9:30am Dec 31st, Payson received 5 inches of snow. Cindy from Payson, sent us these photos showing the latest snowfall in the area. Thanks for sharing these “cool” photos!

The time lapse below shows clouds lifting off the Superstition Mountain during the morning hours on December 31, 2012 revealing a dusting of snow. Within ten to fifteen minutes the clouds quickly filled back in. In the time lapse every second equals one minute in real time.
