Happy Thanksgiving! Should be a warm one.

With an area of strong high pressure dominating the weather over the southwestern United States, temperatures will likely be 12ºF to 15ºF above normal for this time of year, along with mostly sunny skies throughout Thanksgiving day.

Changes from mostly sunny skies and above normal temperatures are looming in the near future. A low pressure system will move down the coast of the western Unites States and into Arizona this weekend, which will bring with it a much cooler airmass and a chance of rainfall/higher elevation snow. More details regarding this storm system will be posted later.

Happy Thanksgiving!
